I'd say I don't believe it...but there are kids whose access to information is badly restricted. Odds are much higher that this is a fake letter written by a conservative activist who wants to say something like "Oooooo! Look at Dear Abby violating parental rights and encouraging a vulnerable child to be a slut!"
