I have regularly socialized with people who work at the same place I do, but in almost all cases they have been outside of my immediate department or team, and yes, also in a specific other type of community that I'm a part of. I am willing to, say, go have drinks with my immediate coworkers these days, but anything beyond that, sorry, I don't need to get wrapped up in your life to that extent.
