I'm glad your other grandmother got along better with her caretakers. I
talked to quite a few people from my home community about working in home
health care, and one aspect this discussion reminded me of is that when
one doesn't know if one will have to deal long term with someone being
terrible as part of one's job, finding a client who is sweet natured and
not cruel and racist is very very heartening.
