My petty, petty delight is that my sister's unpleasant MIL had to settle for being Nanny *Name*, as I have been Nana in our family ever since my sister started to talk and couldn't say my full name, and I am in fact Aunty Nana to her kids. So my sister vetoed Nana and Nanny and she became Nanny *Name*.
