+1 Tempted as I might be to try the appoach of telling Ben that he is at risk of creating a hostile atmosphere for other employees due to his undue focus on age (as he is both de facto calling 22 year olds unworthy of professional respect as well as implying that looking 42 is shameful, and generally implicitly claiming to be better than other employees on the grounds of a sensitive personal characteristic), I'd start with the time-wasting and lack of professionalism. If he wants to come off as ridiculous when talking about his own things fine, let him, but he doesn't get to derail meetings and he absolutely doesn't get to bring up his age when speaking to other clients/businesses.
