#2: Ditto. I generally don't like competitive board games unless I'm playing with exactly the right group of people. Weirdly, some card games (Uno, Cards Against Humanity) are fine, but I come from a family that can be kind of nasty about competition. Sorry was actually banned for much of my childhood. To make matters worse, I pretty much wipe the floor with them on any kind of trivia game (which they give me shit over), so when something comes along that I'm not good at, they gloat, a LOT. I just flat out refuse to play at family gatherings.
