Honestly? Mostly the possibility of pregnancy, yeah. A significantly smaller but non-zero concern about other things that mostly involve any cisgender boy almost certainly being a fair bit bigger than my teenager, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't mostly pregnancy. Is that rational? Probably not. But three of my four siblings had, shall we say, surprise offspring, so I'm a liiiiiittle over-cautious about it.
