You know, from the time that having children became a real thing in my life (that is, when I was in a serious relationship with someone who wanted them), I pretty much knew that there would only be one. I was pretty sure I only wanted one. But I still mourned when I basically shut down my reproductive system for good, and I went through a period of intense baby longing after that. I feel for LW, I do, and I hope they get counseling. But sometimes, feelings are not rational thoughts. That's why we have different words for them.
