1. The trash that needs to be taken out is Todd. Unfortunately, he seems to be the kind of authoritarian person who will not actually listen to reason. I really don’t see much hope here, but the LW will still need to go through all the motions to 1) know that he’s been given chances, and 2) collect evidence that he should only get supervised visits once they do split.
