I would love to hear the sister's reasoning for being so upset that LW might buy property in their home state, because as stated, it's just frankly batshit. So either it is and LW needs to sharply limit contact with any family who does not understand why they're not talking to Sister, or there's some serious context here that LW was happy to leave out so we wouldn't understand the full picture.

And honestly, it could go either way, but if it's the latter then LW is also not telling the whole truth about how this pregnancy announcement was leaked, and Mom is stirring the shit for kicks.
