LW, do what you can to start planning your escape. this is such a destructive environment to live in and your family is unlikely to change, especially when they reinforce each other. when i moved back home, i was not allowed to brush my teeth in the house because it 'caused a disturbance'. it was such an awful and dehumanizing experience & the only solution was to endure it and leave.
