Yeah, I'm with the commentariat on this one. I suspect this is someone who thinks they're too good to be working in Those Other Industries that are available in their town, and expects this to be a Very Professional Place doing Professional Things, when clearly, it's a holiday-themed environment where people are fans of said holiday and expect everyone else working there to be equally enthused.
