Heteropatriarchy is just going to keep on sucking no matter how well you state your boundaries and ask people to back off on their misogyny and homophobia. If your company has a good HR department, you can talk to them about these microaggressions and perhaps they can help, but you’ll probably just get more microaggressions from them. Be proud of yourself and f **k them all because they’re nto going to stop being complete a holes, and if you feel they are grinding you down, get a therapist to support you and take all the vacation time that is coming to you to treat yourself to fun.
