I was thinking about this, and... it wasn't just any picture. Kim had been specifically warned not to bring up Adele's notorious relative (unless Bob was all "wink wink nudge nudge" about the warning) and deliberately did so for the pleasure of upsetting Adele. That doesn't warrant a rock, of course, but it's not benign behavior either.
