I do not believe in forgiveness for a lifetime of shitty behavior. My brother had liver damage and Hep C. He never asked me to donate part of my liver to him (no idea if it would have helped him - didn't care) because he knew better. He treated me like complete shit my entire life and there was no way in hell I would ever give him anything, including the time of day.
