I think that if my employee said "We are in Cleveland for awhile to be close to family" I would assume that meant family needed someone to be close to them. And I wouldn't poke too much. But then the short term lease?? I would start asking questions. But as long as Frank presented it as "being close to family" and right now folks are having issues with family members health I might have let it slide as well.
