I must spend time in different corners of the internet then, because the statements you listed above are things that I think most people consider sane, reasonable, and true. Meanwhile I've seen people post photos of themselves weighing 350+ pounds with captions like "Real men like curves, only dogs go for sticks" or talking about how anyone wearing smaller than a size 16 isn't a "real woman" etc. Maybe this is just a result of where I spend my time online, but it seems like about 75% of the body positivity messages I see these days are really just saying "If you have any preference towards being thin or physically fit, then Ding Dong You Are Wrong and our way is the only way, so eat that chocolate cake babes!"
