If saying "We should have sex" doesn't count as saying she wants to have sex, this feels like an Ask Culture/Guess Culture problem. I'm not sure how she's supposed to express "Let's go do it" without saying, "Let's go do it," and from the letter it sounds like she doesn't know either.
