Yep. I caught that, and found it SUPER INCREDIBLY CLASSIST, in addition to the rest of the "feedback" being garbage.

Being able to invest in the stock market is a LUXURY, and it's absolutely being used in this case (at least by this interviewer) to root out people who don't come from a wealthy background.
