They've promised better representation in dolls (which, they had already vastly improved, including things like natural hair and different body types), hiring and elevating Black employees, and have pledged that more than 50% of their role model dolls will be BIPOC.

Also, their presidential candidate doll this year is a dark-skinned Black woman. The set of her and her advisors is awesome, and it makes me sad that I can't display it in my office (well, I can, but I can't meet with students there, so why bother).
