The phrase that I keep finding myself saying over the last few weeks is, "Be kind to each other." Most of the people who are telecommuting/engaging in distance learning/etc did not sign up for this, were not trained for this, and are doing some kind of double duty (work and parenting being the most common). Everything is going to take a hit. Everything. We all need to adjust.
