Yeah, I get that. I don't think Mom should stop fostering dogs just because her son is adopting a child who's allergic; my mom has cats, and her son and son-in-law are very badly allergic. But when she gets nasty about not being able to bring the dogs to the LW's house, that's where I lose sympathy.
